Newly single Zayn Malik has been in the headlines lately after breaking up with his long-time fiancée Perrie Edwards. Now fans of the former One Direction heartthrob are speculating on his possible new girlfriend. Rumors have it that he's dating Taylor Swift's BFF, Disney star Zendaya Coleman.
Fans have been anticipating the 22-year-old crooner's next girflriend. On top of the list is Coleman, 18, who was reportedly exchanging text messages with Malik.
"Zayn is talking to a lot of ladies very casually, but Zendaya is the most high-profile," a source told The Sun. "He said they should get in the studio together as they both have a similar R&B vibe, and he's been talking about fashion as she's in London working with Vivienne Westwood." However, the insider added that the two are just chatting at the moment.
The "K.C. Undercover" star was in London for her UK promotional tour when news about Malik and her broke in the media. Apparently, the former boyband hunk was smitten with the 18-year-old singer. Malik also supposedly said that he'd like to work with Coleman in his next album, Daily Mail reports.
However, Coleman was quick to slam the dating rumors. She recently took to Twitter and let her fans know that she hasn't even met Malik, Hollywood Life reports.
With that settled, everyone is still apparently speculating on who Malik's next girlfriend will be. Along with Coleman, Kylie Jenner is also on the list.
Some reports claim that Malik allegedly flirted with the young Kardashian model on Twitter. He also attended her sister Kylie's 18th birthday on August 9. If such rumors are true, Malik has the approval of the Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner, according to an insider.
Malik broke up with his long ime girlfriend Edwards some weeks back. He allegedly dumped her through a text message.
