'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6 Spoilers: Alison DiLaurentis' Fate In Time-Jump Revealed

Actress Sasha Pieterse recently opened up about the future of Alison DiLaurentis in the upcoming second half of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6.

In the said season, the liars will become grownups because of the five-year time-jump. With this, Pieterse said that fans of Alison will be surprised at where her character will be around that time.

In an interview with TV Line, Pieterse said, "It was the opposite of what would happen to her. It made sense once the writers explained the storyline for Alison. I was able to kind of understand their mindset after that. So the fans are going to be shocked, but at the same time, they'll appreciate it."

Pieterse added that the upcoming storyline of Alison will definitely make sense to fans who all know that the character had such a difficult childhood.

"Alison had such a weird childhood and you'll see more of that as you get answers in the finale. She wants normality, which she gets, but in a way you wouldn't expect. The location is not where you'd expect her to be," she explained.

Meanwhile, Pieterse also talked about the upcoming #FaceToFace reveal on Tuesday night's episode of "Pretty Little Liars" titled, "Game Over, Charles," according to Design & Trend.

According to her, the episode will finally reveal the identity of "A" and why everything happened to her and her friends, Aria, Hanna, Spencer and Emily.

"The finale tells us everything - who "A" is and why everything happened - so you kind of think, 'OK, where do we go from here?' The writers have done a great job with what happens next and what our characters have gone through in these five years. The show is definitely not over, but there are also no more questions when it comes to the past," she said.

"Pretty Little Liars" Season 6 will conclude on Tuesday night at 8 p.m.ET on ABC Family.
