Here are some of the CBS fall teasers and spoilers for the upcoming return of your well-loved TV shows.
The Big Bang Theory
Sheldon Cooper encounters a mystery that he can't seem to unravel: When a girl says that she wants some time apart for her to think, how much time is that exactly? Is there a way to catalyze the process? Also, Penny and Leonard are in Las Vegas, getting closer to marching down the aisle. But is Penny over the infidelity of Leonard? TBBT will be back on screen on September 21.
MOM
Christy and her mother get in an unfamiliar situation - they're getting along. They continue to stick with their friends, Jill, Wendy, and Marjorie, to get support so together they can give encouragement to the newcomers of the group, which includes Jodi, to be played by guest star Emily Osment. Christy will still be struggling to deal with the facts that Violet is engaged to a man older than she is, and Roscoe is spending more time with his girlfriend and father. Also, Christy will have a new boss and Bonnie reconnects with her mother. Watch the new episode of Mom on November 5.
Madam Secretary
In the first episode, Elizabeth will be put in a situation of power that she has never deemed possible, as the President's plane goes missing. Meanwhile, Henry butts head with Jane Fellows when he was asked to take one of his students for the NSA. Morgan Freeman, the shows EP, will guest star and direct the premiere episode. Jill Hennessy will join the show as Jane Fellows, the new Defense Intelligence Agency handler of Henry. The series will air on the 4th of October.
The Good Wife
Alicia will try to recover her struggling career in law by starting her own law firm, once again. She will be assisted by a new character, Jason Crouse, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Crouse is an investigator that Alicia hires. Also, to aid in his campaign for presidency, Peter engages Willa Eastman, a strategist who hides her mental capacities through her fake wholesome charm. The Good Wife will also air on the 4th of October.
