The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Joe and Melissa Gorga are reportedly selling their Toms River summer vacation home just one month after listing their Montville Township estate in an attempt to ease financial woes.
Listed at $520,000, the 684-square-foot summer home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor saltwater pool, a patio with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, and a waterfront location, according to Zillow.
Rumors of money woes have surrounded the couple recently. A source told Radar Online last month that they were in "Way over their heads."
"Joe owes a lot of people money," the source told Radar Online. "They have the house on the market because they can't pay the mortgage now that the interest rate on it has exploded."
The Gorgas put their sprawling six bedrooms, 7 and a half bathroom home on 2.24 acres in Montville for sale last month for $3.8 million. Joe is reported to have built the house for Melissa in 2009. There's a video tour of the house on YouTube.
Last month, the Gorgas discussed the sale of their Montville home with US Weekly.
"I'm a builder. I custom-built the houses we have lived in and will do the same with our next one," Joe told the magazine. "We tried Montville, but it just wasn't for us. We want to go back to Franklin Lakes, which is closer to where I work, and we're looking at a couple of properties now."
Melissa told US: "I absolutely love our current house and will be sad to leave, but Joe is an incredible builder, so I have no doubt that I'll love the next house just as much. Although this is the last time he is getting me to pack-up!"
