The upcoming third season of "The Originals" will feature huge changes in the lives of the Mikaelsons.
According to Design & Trend, new supernatural creatures will be introduced in the upcoming season and they will fight against the Mikaelsons. The publication noted that the CW series will introduce a witch, two vampires, a hybrid and a detective next season.
Lawrence Kao has been tapped to play the role of the witch named Van. According to Entertainment Weekly, Van is a handsome but stubborn witch who doesn't to be involved in the coven politics. Unfortunately, Van will have no choice and will become involved in it when a war strikes.
The role of the vampire was given to actor Oliver Ackland. As Tristan, Ackland will play the role of a charming and mysterious vampire who has a complicated past with the Mikaelsons.
Meanwhile, the vampire-werewolf hybrid role was given to Andrew Lees. As Lucien, the actor will give life to one of Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) sire lines. The second vampire that will be introduced next season is Aurora, to be played by Rebecca Breeds.
In other news, fans are awaiting what will happen to Klaus now that his entire family has grown to hate him. According to International Business Times, no matter how evil Klaus is at times, the character has a soft spot for his daughter. The publication added that Klaus will do everything for the young girl.
Meanwhile, Klaus will continue to stop his feelings for Cami because he doesn't want anything bad to happen to her. Klaus is worried that if his enemies find out that he's in love with her, there's a chance for them to take her down first.
"The Originals" Season 3 will premiere on the CW this October and it will reveal whether or not Klaus will find ways to make his relationship with Cami work out.
