If it were true, Rihanna's pregnancy would be making headlines everywhere. In an exclusive report made by Gossip Cop , Hollywood Actor Leonardo DiCaprio sued French Magazine "Oops" in the High Court of Paris for its May 13 Cover Story proclaiming, "Rihanna Pregnant With Leonardo's Baby: He Doesn't Want The Baby." Hollywood's most notorious bachelor won the lawsuit and the publication was ordered to pay 8,000 euros ($8,800) in damages for violating the country's rigid privacy laws in the July 27 ruling. Furthermore the judge also found out that the magazine had also published photos taken by the paparazzi. The French tabloid was also ordered to to print an admission of its legal defeat in a future issue.
The statement read, ""By order of 27 July 2015, the judge of the High Court of Paris ordered the company editor of OOPS OOPS! Magazine to pay provisional compensation to Leonardo Di Caprio for having published in its issue 188, 13 to 28 in May 2015, an article with the respect for his privacy and his image rights."
The 40-year-old Wolf of Wall Street actor was linked to the 27-year-old singer after they were spotted partying together in NYC. Since then several rumors of their fling kept surfacing and the story that outshone them all was about Rihanna carrying Leo's baby.
According to TMZ, Leo's team had contacted Oops Magazine to inform them that the story was false. Reports say that the magazine response was something like "yeah, we know and we don't care". Now they are literally paying for it but they won't stop there.
Furthermore the magazine co-owner Frederic Turskolaski has made a remark that provoked DiCaprio to file another lawsuit with an even more outrageous claim. Turskolaski stated that "DiCaprio almost systematically goes out with Aryan-type girls, always blonde hair. He could not stand the fact that our magazine was saying he was having a baby with a black girl."
