Principal Real Estate Investors, a U.S. institutional real estate manager, announced Thursday the employment of Michelle Fang as its new marketing director.
Fang will be responsible for marketing and product promotion across all four of Principal Real Estate Investors' investment quadrants, including REITs, CMBS, and private debt and equity, the company said in a statement.
"We are pleased to welcome Michelle to the team," said Doug Harper, managing director -- real estate sales at Principal Real Estate Investors, according to the statement.
"Her extensive experience in marketing and product development will be an asset to the investment teams working in each of our four quadrants of real estate investment," he added.
Fang recently held positions in General Electric Asset Management, Metropolitan Real Estate and Deutsche Bank.
Principal Real Estate Investors manages $40.4 billion in commercial real estate assets.
