The Affleck and nanny scandal has started to lose its momentum but the media doesn't seem to want to put an end to the summer story that rocked Hollywood. Recently, it was reported that Affleck was pictured with the Nanny and the news had said to cause a "disgusted Jen" to refuse to answer Affleck's calls. Now the media is focused on scooping out every ounce of update about Ben, Jen and the Nanny.
Last Monday, Affleck made his first red carpet appearance since the split and his choice of accessory-his wedding ring-made buzz in all outlets. Aside from Ben wearing his ring, there wasn't really anything else to report besides Affleck's friend, Matt Damon, saying that he was "All smiles". But it's not just Affleck's ring that was making rounds the following day, but Page Six posted a photo of Affleck's "favorite nanny," Ouzounian, posing on a private jet with Tom Brady's four Super Bowl rings. This seems to be evidence that, as previously reported, the nanny flew on a private jet with Affleck and Brady to a Las Vegas poker tournament at the end of June while still employed as the family's nanny.
While Christine had been claiming to her friends that he and Affleck were intimate, a rep for Affleck says that the story of the actor and the nanny being romantically involved was "complete garbage" and "full of lies," according to ET. And so Late last month, a source told ET that the nanny had actually "tipped off the paparazzi" about a July 17th rendezvous with Affleck, so that photos would be taken of her and the Oscar-winning actor together. Even she would not let the scandal cool off as she recently released via Instagram a photo of herself with the caption "She's just a girl and she's on fire' -- Alicia Keys." Could this be another tip to the media that there is still more to dig?
