Sitting on a nearly a quarter acre, the home embraces an indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a wrap-around grassy yard, pool and spa, as well as patio with grill and outdoor kitchen.
Keaton has purchased in Pacific Palisades previously. She picked up a property in 2007 for $9.1 million and spent two years restoring the Lloyd Wright-designed house before she sold it for $10.75 million.
