Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin are in escrow for an estates on the westside of Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
The estate is a Windsor Smith-designed mansion that was featured on the cover of the October 2011 issue of Veranda.
According to TMZ, the actress paid close to the $10.45M ask, which it reached in April after an $800K PriceChop. (The property, built last year, was originally put on the market for $11.96M in Sept.)
The house has 6 bedrooms and 8 baths. The lavish mansion was built in 2011 and is over 30,000 square feet.
The estate features pricy upgrades including antique herringbone wooden floor, multiple wood-burning fireplaces with vintage mantels, multi-paned windows and glass French doors, two electronic gates, and a fully-equipped backyard with a built-in barbecue station and a stable.
