Bradley Cooper plays an interesting role in the new film "Burnt". He will be a chef who has held success and unfortunately has lost it. He is on a struggle to climb back up the ladder to reach the top again. He will encounter problems as personal as his own nature, as well as drugs.
For Bradley Cooper fans, the plot may sound familiar as this is kind of the same as the 2005 Fox "Kitchen Confidential" where Cooper plays the same role and undergoes losses due to addiction as he tries to regain his spot at the top.
"Burnt" features casts including Sienna Miller, Omar Sy, Daniel Bruhl, Matthew Rhys, Uma Thurman, and Emma Thompson. It is directed by John Wells.
"Burnt" went through a couple of title changes including "The Chef" and "Adam Jones". They ended up with "Burnt," making the film seem more interesting, and giving a brief overview of the failures and troubles the main character deals with. "Burnt" is the perfect title for its literal and figurative meaning.
It's not an impossibility that Bradley plays this role well, as the last time that he got the chef role he also gave his best, although the series did not really do well enough for Fox.
So ironic enough, "Burnt" is the best outlet for Bradley to get his second chance in playing a character who is also striving for a second chance.
"Burnt" is a movie which mixes humor and emotions as Chef Adam Jones shows how he had it all and lost it. It is a story of the love for food, love for others, and the powerful impact of second chances to one's life. Adam Jones is a two-star Michelin star with bad habits. To have his own kitchen and get that third Michelin star, he needs to do his best and have the best people beside him, including Sienna Miller's character, Helene. We can expect the film to be a moving one due to Adam Jones' struggle, and at the same time interesting, due to his professional love for food.
