'Captain America: Civil War' Spoilers & Plot Updates: Scarlet Witch, Captain America In Danger Of Being Killed Off By Crossbones?

"Captain America: Civil War" fans are in for a treat because the possible cause of the Civil War in the movie has just been revealed. According to Cinema Blend, an incident involving the New Warriors is what caused the death of innocent civilians in the comic book version of "Captain America: Civil War." If the film creators were to follow the same plot, then the same thing will happen in the movie.

However, some fans believe that "Captain America: Civil War" will have a major twist, and this could actually be true. According to Heroic Hollywood, a similar incident will take place in the movie and will cause the dreaded Civil War. However, instead of innocent civilians dying, the film will put some key characters at great danger. As of late, it is still unclear whether or not these primary characters will be killed off just like the civilians.

The same publication added that the Civil War will specifically target Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Captain America (Chris Evans). The two will target Crossbones (Frank Grillo), but it seems that they will have a hard time taking him down because he has a lot of explosives with him.

Meanwhile, new promotional photos for the upcoming movie have just been released online and one of them features Black Panther. Other than the new superhero, photos of Evans' stuntman counterpart jumping off buildings were also released.

In between takes, the cast members of "Captain America: Civil War" were also spotted walking around their set in Berlin.

"Captain America: Civil War" also stars Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man/Tony Stark, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye/Clint Barton, Tom Holland as Spider-Man/Peter Parker, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man and more. The film is slated to hit theaters in the United States on May 6, 2016.
