The former "Will & Grace" star purchased the Country English Tudor home in 2001 for $6.1 million, states Variety. This actually is not the first time that Hayes listed his Hancock mansion. In February 2008, the star listed the property for sale at $8.95 million and in April of the same year, the selling price changed to $7.45 million. The actor finally decided to take the property off the real estate market in August 2008.
The "Hamptonesque" home measures 6,400 square feet and has four bedrooms and 5 five bathrooms. Hayes' mini mansion comes fully equipped with high-tech features that includes custom lighting, an integrated sound system and automated climate controls.
