Hank Baskett and Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett have been heating up the headlines once again and this time, it is because of Hank's refusal to do a lie-detector test to clear his name for cheating allegations about a transgender woman last year according to eonline.
While the two seem to be working a lot of progress in the reality show of We TV's "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars", the idea of the lie-detector test seemed to be alright with Kendra but not for Hank.
He said according to the clip of Enstarz that, "This is my opportunity to prove to Kendra, but I'm dealing with an investigation and legal issues right now," he says in the clip. "I don't know if taking a lie detector here could get in the way of fighting this once we leave 'Marriage Boot Camp'."
Kendra might not be so much convinced of Hank's reasons as she replied, "Hank, you keep saying that this is a way to clear your name." And she also said, "This is your chance right now...Are you scared?"
Hank replied again saying, "I've cleared my name with you."
And "Kendra, you told me to step up and fight and that's what I'm trying to do right now."
According to EOnline, Counselor Elizabeth Carroll may not be too convinced as well of Hank's reasons.
She asks Hank, "Are you sure you're not using this as an excuse."
Hank replied once again that, "I'm definitely not using this as an excuse. If [my lawyer] says do it, I'll do it."
And says to Kendra that, "I'll happily take a polygraph test for you and if we go to court, I'll take 10 of them for you. I finally feel like I can step up and fight this person."
The "cheating" allegations are with the transsexual model named Ava Sabrina London. The event devastated the couple's marriage. According to Hollywood Life, Kendra went "ballistic" that she even considers filing for divorce.
