The property is located in an enclave between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks and is said to have been bought by the enterprising reality star for $12.75 million. The mansion has six bedrooms and eight and half bathrooms. The mansion is Mediterranean in design and has a floor area of over 14,000 square feet. The interiors include a double height foyer which is flanked by the formal living and dining rooms. The draperies in all the rooms are swagged and tasseled.

The living quarters include an office, a screening room for movies, a double island kitchen measuring about 2,500 square feet as well as a family room the size of a standard American home. For the master's bedroom, there are dual bathrooms and dressing rooms as well as five themed bedrooms, where one bedroom has skateboard ramps built between two beds while another room has Batman and Gotham City mural.
