"Girl Meets World" season 2 episode 13 preview "Girl Meets Semi-Formal" aired last Aug. 14 featured Riley dreading that Lucas hasn't asked her yet to the prom. And while they learn the "proper etiquette" of how to act on that social school event, Riley has been able to blurt out a question about it to Lucas. Receiving a bouquet of roses and surprise balloons on her locker and a grand invitation from Charlie, Riley accidentally said yes to Charlie's invitation to be his prom escort but then Lucas on the other hand, steps in to the picture dazed about the situation and that made her reject Charlie being left undecided.
While on the other hand, Eric meets his old friend again Jack Hunter who was his rival before for Rachel's affection, Jack is now working for an "evil company" and was really the corporate businessman that Eric is waiting for. They also met up with Cory in the school dance and the three reunited.
Attending the formal dance, Riley learns a great thing about friendship and enjoyed the night while partying with Sheppard's songs.
On next episode's preview of "Girl Meets World" Season 2, Episode 14: "Girl Meets Creativity," according to cartermatt, the students of John Quincy Adams will fight for the arts program of the school to stay.
The synopsis for the upcoming episode is, "When art and music are threatened to be cut from school, the kids have to find a creative way to convince the school board to show their value."
As from the spoilers from ChristianToday, the school adopted the idea to cut out art and music from the student's activities. Riley and Maya along with fellow schoolmates act out for a movement to stop this happening.
