Anna Kendrick and boyfriend Ben Richardson are said to be engaged. Rumors have it that the couple may have gotten engaged in their recent trip to Hawaii. On Sunday, the "Pitch Perfect" star was at the center of controversies when she was spotted at the JFK airport in New York City wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring.
The ring, which was reportedly an engagement band, was first seen on Kendrick's left finger. Kendrick, 30, triggered engagement rumors with her British cinematographer boyfriend Richardson when the mystery ring was seen for the first time last month in their getaway on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, according to Daily Mail.
According to some sources, Kendrick's boyfriend may have popped the question during their vacation. She reportedly said yes and may have resized the ring when she got back from their trip. However, the petite star and her boyfriend have not commented on the recent engagement rumors.
Anna and Ben first met at the taping of "Drinking Buddies" and on "Happy Christmas" in 2014. They sparked dating rumors in August last year.
In an earlier interview with Cosmopolitan, the "Up In The Air" star revealed that getting married at 25 like her friends Cathy and Jamie sounds "insane." When asked about her tying the knot at a young age, Kendrick claimed that it's better to get married in the 30s.
"Oh, hell no, oh my god. Well, my parents got married late, so I just assumed that people didn't even consider marriage until they were in their 30s. When friends of mine started getting married at, like, 24, I was like, 'Why? What's wrong? Do you need a green card? What's happening? I was so confused,'" Kendrick told the magazine.
The 30-year-old actress is currently filming six films. Ben and Anna worked together in the dramatic comedy movie "Table 19," which features stars including Amanda Crew, June Squibb, Craig Robinson and Lisa Kudrow.
