'Fifty Shades Darker' Movie News: 3 Scenes From E.L. James' Book That Should Be In The Film

"Fifty Shades Darker" won't be released until 2017, but it seems that fans already want to know which scenes from E.L. James' book will be included for the big screen.

According to Fashion & Style, the upcoming sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" should focus more on Christian Grey's (Jamie Dornan) back story. In the book, Christian's motivations for being so into BDSM were tackled briefly, so seeing his story come to life could make fans understand him better.

Meanwhile, Design & Trend suggests for the film to give a few minutes to Anastasia Steele's (Dakota Johnson) and Mrs. Robinson's first encounter.

In the book, it has been made clear that the two women would hate each other. The minute Universal Pictures casts their own Mrs. Robinson, fans will have the chance to picture how this encounter would come to life.

Additionally, Anastasia and Leila Williams' confrontation inside the former's house should be part of the film. Not only is Leila a new character in "Fifty Shades Darker," she's also someone who would threaten Anastasia's safety. With this, the scene where Leila would point a gun directly at Anastasia reportedly should also be part of the movie.

As of late, it is still unclear whether or not "Fifty Shades Darker" will feature more mature scenes between Christian and Anastasia.

According to Movie Pilot, longer sex scenes should be included in "Fifty Shades Darker" if Universal Pictures and James want the franchise to remain successful. The publication added that the scenes should focus less on Christian and Anastasia's romance and more on their BDSM relationship.

As of late, Dornan and Johnson are the only two cast members who have been confirmed to return to the sequel. Rita Ora, who played Mia Grey on "Fifty Shades of Grey" and Eloise Mumford, who played the role of Kate, have not yet been recast.

"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017.
