Teresa Giudice House: The Giucides' Jersey Shore Home Sold for Only $100

Joe and Teresa Guidice of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" fame are truly at a low point right now. After being tried for numerous counts of fraud, reports say that no one even bothered to bid on their Jersey Shore property, which didn't come as a surprise to officials.

TMZ reports that bidding for the foreclosed house started at an abysmal $100. Despite it being sold at such a ridiculous price, the eventual buyer would still have to cover the couple's debts for the property that's currently standing at $348,000.

The Jersey Shore property which measures 1,300-square feet is said to be just one of the vacation houses of the couple. According to NJ.com, the home was originally listed at $315,000 despite the couple actually spending more on it because of renovations due to Hurricane Sandy.

Joe was recently spotted at the home too and got into a little rift with the neighbors. Joe allegedly threw a party that made a bit too much noise in the neighborhood.

The Giudices bought the home back in 2005. Not all hope is lost for the couple to regain the property, however. They still have 10 more days to come up with enough funds to buy it back. If they don't, they have a month before they get kicked out of the house.

Joe and Teresa Giudice made headlines back in 2009 when they filed for bankruptcy. It was then that they revealed that their lavish lifestyle was just all for show.

In July 2013, they were charged with 39 counts of bank fraud, tax evasion, and "conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud." Teresa is currently serving a 15-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. Joe will serve 41 months in jail next year.
