Shaquille O'Neal: Jordan Would Beat LeBron, Still Dr. J is Better Than the Two

NBA legend and "Inside the NBA" analyst, Shaquille Rashaun O'Neal nicknamed Shaq, shared his thoughts about the unending comparison of fans in the social media between fellow NBA legend Michael Jordan and former teammate Lebron James. On a recent interview with AFP and as reported by yahoo sports, Shaq declared that the winner over the so-called imaginary match between Jordan and James would undeniably be Mike or Michael Jordan. Shaq stated on an interview that;

"It would be an interesting game. Young LeBron was more like (Lakers Hall of Famer) Magic Johnson. He was sort of like Magic with Jordan's abilities. He liked to pass, and he liked to get it up...But Mike was Mike. He was just special, like no one else. He always did things no one else could do, and things you couldn't compare to anyone else. So he was special, and he'd win."

The four time winner of NBA titles with Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat did not hesitate with his choice. On a question posted while visiting Hong Kong and as reported by yahoo, Shaq's definitive statement states that;

"Mike..."I think you have to go with a young Jordan every time." [...]

There was no sign of hesitation over his answer of the previous question. However such comparison and answer from such question did not determine who is the greatest NBA player for Shaq? For in an interview and as reported by bleacherreport, Shaq believes that neither Jordan nor James is the greatest, for he was quoted saying that;

"I've seen young Mike and young LeBron and I must say Dr. J is still my favorite player. A lot of people today don't even mention his name but to me I still think he was the best. But these are questions that we'll never know the answer to."
