Rob Kardashian 2015: Reality Star's Weight Gain is Uncontrollable, Resorts to Desperate Measures Which Is Gastric Bypass Surgery?

The public has seen Rob Kardashian's deep struggle with his sudden weight gain, and there's no doubt that the 28-year-old is doing all that it takes to get his health back in shape. Reports say that he's considering a very drastic solution: gastric bypass surgery.

A source told Radar Online that he already knows that he's "unhealthy" and none of this is "good for his heart." He realizes that he needs to take action now before the situation turns for the worst. It has been a feat for the young man to shed the pounds off, thus he has considered gastric bypass surgery as a solution. He believes that such procedure is the easiest and safest option for him.

Kardashian has reportedly already gained around 100 lbs. in just a couple of years. Numerous reports indicate that he's been suffering from depression caused by a string of events that took Rob in a rollercoaster of emotions like a sudden break-up and the loss of his friends around him, and the heaviest of all, his dad's death back in 2003.

He has been noticeably absent from his sisters' milestones like Kim's wedding and Kylie's 18th birthday just a few weeks ago. During these events, it has been reported that he would just hide at home and not answer to any of his family's calls and texts. He has also faced scrutiny from the public due to his dramatic weight gain that isn't exactly hard to miss.

Meanwhile, after a year-long, and not to mention, messy feud, Rob and Kim are in good terms again! US Weekly reports that the two siblings recently went on "the hardest hike ever," which means that Kim is showing him her all-out support towards his betterment.

As of late, Rob still refuses to talk to the press but has recently been active on social media. His last post on Instagram was three days ago featuring a cute picture featuring his niece North West and brother-in-law Kanye West doing very similar poses. He captions it with "Happy sundayyyyy yallllll."
