"General Hospital" spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry claim that Carlos, who seemingly died at the Waterfront Docks" earlier this year, may be well and alive after all this time and has only been plotting on his revenge and mighty comeback. The outlet noted that Carlos' return may have something to do with the mysterious attacks on Sonny's shipments.
As seen on the latest episodes of the ABC soap opera, Sonny's shipments were attacked twice. Sonny suspected that the person behind the attack is none other than Julian, even when the latter was feigning innocence. Julian has been arrested for the recent mob activity, but as it turns out, Carlos was the one behind the attacks.
When will Carlos make himself known for the rest of the Port Charles residents? GH fans better stay tuned for his comeback.
Aside from the possibility of seeing Carlos back in "General Hospital," the outlet also revealed that his character's return in Port Charles may also come with a big revelation about Rosalie's true lineage. According to the outlet, Rosalie could be Sonny and Lily's daughter.
