The Winery
Red Lily's winery operation has a maximum annual capacity of 5,000 cases, and currently reaches 3,000 cases that include Tempranillo, Tempranillo Reserve, Rose (Tempranillo/Grenache blend), Tempranillo/Cabernet Sauvignon blend, and Verdejo (white). The state-of-the-art, 5,200 square-foot winery facility contains a fermentation room with six stainless steel wine tanks, a barrel storage room, a case storage room, an exterior covered crush pad, and a conference room.
