GTA 5 DLC Updates: No Expansion Pack Coming Ever

Fans are gearing up for the anticipated next big DLC or Downloadable Content release for "GTA 5." The interest of fans and enthusiasts were elevated when Ned Luke and Shawn Fonteno, who are voice actors for the game's characters Michael and Franklin, shared a post recently via social media.

Ned Luke accordingly shared on Facebook a photo with a caption on it that reads, "Straight Outta Yankton." Meanwhile, the voice of Franklin, Shawn Fonteno, shared similar image on Instagram but with a different caption, which reads as "Straight Outta Grove Street."

And because of that post made by two reliable characters, gamers have been buzzing on the internet about the possible new GTA 5 Single Player DLC. For some, such social media post were considered as a support of the movie "Straight Outta Compton", however the speculations are getting a little bit out of control. Especially when according to a source and as reported by idigitaltimes, that there was a new entry on Grand Theft Auto Wikipedia page announcing a new GTA 5 Single Player DLC titled "Grove Street Stories." As stated on the said entry, the new Grand Theft Auto V would be;

"... A new updated version to Grand Theft Auto V will include a single player expansion pack called Grove Street Stories (not yet confirmed), set before all three characters met in North Yankton. The release date has been published to be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 for two weeks then Xbox One and PC which will receive it on 22 September 2015 at 10 AM GMT."

For now there is no concrete and reliable evidence that would link to any update of GTA 5 as far as expansion packs are concerned. And for the record, and as reported by christiantoday, the latest downloadable content released by the game's developer is the two-part "Ill-Gotten Gains."
