Kardashian sisters Kim and Kourtney are reportedly in Miami to begin production on "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami," a "Keeping up with the Kardashians" spin off.
And while in Miami, the sisters seem to be considering the purchase of a property worth $6 million.
The pad that seems to have caught their attention is a Mediterranean-style estate, the National Ledger reported. The house is said to have six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and a pool. An attached dock that can accommodate an 100-foot boat is also available, the report said.
The mansion will be their abode during the three months they spend filming "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami." This is the first time Kim is filming in Miami, whereas Khloe and Kourtney were part of an earlier spinoff in Miami. However, during the filming, the Kardashian sisters were mostly put up in a hotel.
According to the Examiner, the reason beind the purchase is “The family loves the city (which means that this would be a good long-term purchase), and Kourtney wants something a little bit larger for her family now that she and boyfriend Scott Disick have a pair of children together.”
Though this season of the reality show will primarily focus on Kim and Kourtney, Khloe is also expected to be featured extensively. The show is set to premier in January 2013.
Meanwhile, the Kardashian sisters are also looking for a retail space for their new Dash store, Babble reported. Dash is a high-end fashion boutique chain for women.
The report said that the Kardashian sisters and Kim’s best friend Jonathan Cheben were spotted with their real estate agent in Miami on Wednesday.
