There were dead characters seen on the set of "The Walking Dead" as the show is currently in production for Season 6. According to HNGN, sources posted on their Facebook account that actors Tyler James Williams (Noah) and Michael Rooker (Merle Dixon) were seen on the set of the popular show.
According to the report, the "unconfirmed information" claims that Rooker was dressed as his character Merle while Williams was only seemingly hanging out in the set. Merle is Daryl's (Norman Reedus) brother who was killed and became a zombie back in Season 3.
During the last San Diego Comic-Con event, showrunner Scott Gimple revealed that there will be a lot of flashback scenes in Season 6, so there is a huge possibility that the dead characters will make an appearance in the show.
The creator even added that they are also working on an entire episode allocated for a flashback story. Gimple mentioned during the event that flashback scenes are very important during the first half of Season 6. Many fans speculated that flashback scenes may be used to kill some of the main characters in the show like Daryl.
According to iDigital Times, fans believe that Rooker might be on the set to film Daryl's death scene. It can be recalled that in the previous season, when Tyreese (Chad Coleman) was dying, he saw Beth (Emily Kinney) to help him through it. Fans speculated that this might be the same for Daryl, and his brother Merle might help him go to the light.
As of writing "The Walking Dead" producers and creators have not yet commented on the appearance of the said characters and it may be that the characters will appear on the said flashback episodes.
"The Walking Dead" Season 6 will return to AMC on October 11.
