Chicago’s Condo With Style and Substance Up for Sale

Perched on top of the fabulous Four Seasons building, a condo with a lot of bling on the 58th floor is in the market for $1.5 million.

The condo, built in 1989, has three bedrooms and three baths spread across 2,494 square feet. According to real estate listing site Zillow, the condo has “some of the most sensational views of Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan” from where residents can enjoy sunsets.

On the interiors of the condo, Curbed.com, explained that the “unit is a dizzying funhouse of reflective surfaces—the coffee tables, built-ins, foyer, hallways, and bathroom are all mirrored—and overstuffed furnishings, lending a chilled-out Miami Vice vibe to Magnificent Mile.”

Residents of the unit can also share all the amenities offered by the five star hotel, which includes the use of the garage for parking facility.

Other amenities include an indoor pool with attached whirlpool, a four-hour laundry service, the spa and the fitness center of the Four Seasons. Highlights of the fitness club include state-of-the-art cardiovascular and free weight equipment, a relaxation area with a swimming pool, a steam room and a sauna, the hotel’s website stated.
