It has been known that as "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 begins, Rebecca Sutter's (Katie Findlay) killer will be revealed. However, there is also a huge possibility that the upcoming season will also feature the demise of another important character.
One of the show's actors Asher Millstone recently hinted that an important cast member might bid goodbye in the second season of the popular show. According to International Business Times, although he did not reveal who it is, many fans speculated that it is more likely to be Professor Sam Keating's (Tom Verica) sister, Dr. Hannah Keating (Marcia Gay Harden).
Harden's character never trusted Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) and also her associates. Now that her brother is killed, she is trying her best to find the murderer and it was reported that in her quest to find the truth, it will lead her to the murderer of Sutter.
Charlie Weber, who plays Frank, earlier revealed that his character will try his best to stop Hannah from informing her sister-in-law about Sutter's killer. He also revealed that his character even had plans to kill Hannah in Season 1.
However, showrunner Pete Nowalk said in an earlier interview that every season doesn't necessarily have to have a murder story in it. He added that the new season will feature new mysteries and he hopes that the fans will be excited for it.
Design & Trend also reported that show creator Shonda Rhimes revealed in the recent Television Critics Association summer press tour that in Season 2, Annalise will become one of the suspects in Sutter's murder. She added that the murderer will be revealed in the premiere episode of Season 2.
"How To Get Away With Murder" Season 2 will return on ABC on September 24.
