Edson Ricci claims that Lindsay failed to pay him for his transportation services and one hotel bill that he had to cover for her. A total of about $27k is what she owes Ricci for the span of time he worked for her, which is from August 2012 to October 2012.
During that period of time, you can't really blame Lindsay for 'forgetting' to pay Ricci as she actually went through a lot of mess during this time, and running away from bills is just a very small fraction of what she has gone through.
During that year, cops showed up at Lindsay Lohan's address at Beverly Hills home after her father tried to stage an intervention for her. Michael Lohan thinks that his daughter has fallen off the wagon which is why she isn't working well on her movie "The Canyons". He even said that she is surrounding herself with alcoholics and addicts. It was reported that Lindsay Lohan is at home when the intervention team arrived but someone who claims to be her boyfriend shooed everyone away.
Aside from the intervention controversy, Lindsay was also involved in another issue where she was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. It was reported that Lindsay hit the knee of a person while she was parking her car in a hotel.
Another dilemma Lindsay went through during these times is when she was banned from the hotel that she lived in for not paying her dues. She owes about $46k to a hotel and she never paid it, so they had to kick her out. Her bill is an accumulation of all her room service, restaurant bills, alcohols, and cigarettes.
Not only that, Lindsey was also thought to have brought thieves to a party. She attended an all-night party at an expensive Hollywood Hills mansion and brought with her an assistant, her brother, and two guys. The owner of the house later discovered that some of his valuables are missing, so he called the cops. He suggests that Lindsay's companions are the thieves.
Lindsay Lohan, aged 29 as of this year, has been involved in many controversies over the past years, and her inability to pay for her transportation services is just a portion of all of it. But aside from that, Lindsay is still quite active in showbiz.
