Lindsay Lohan’s Portraitist, Potential Love Interest to View West Village Townhouse

Spanish contemporary artist Domingo Zapata is looking for a new place to call home in New York. Known for his eye catching paintings of subjects including Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan, Zapata has been setting up showing appointments with "Million Dollar Listing" New York broker, Ryan Serhant on Twitter.

The two are scheduled to view a West Village townhouse on Downing Street today, according to Serhant's Twitter page.

Zapata, whose relationship with Lohan appears to be more than a professional one made headlines last week when the actress hit a pedestrian while driving Zapata's Porsche in New York City. The wealthy artist reportedly lends his vehicle to Lohan every time she visits the city, according to The Real Deal.

The incident took place outside of the Dream Downtown Hotel on West 16th Street, where Zapata's work is usually displayed.

Last week, Zapata and Lohan were also spotted together leaving the Bowery Hotel, leading to speculations by bloggers such as Perez Hilton that the two were romantically involved.

Among the townhouses for sale on Downing Street include a $9.5 million townhouse at 23 Downing Street listed by Todd Lewin of Good Property, according to The Real Deal. The 4,600-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Another option is a $7.4 million townhouse that is 5,094-square-foot and is listed by another "Million Dollar Listing" star, Luis Ortiz of Keller Williams.

Zapata lives and works at the Bowery Hotel when in New York and at the Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont when he's in California. Maybe, the thought of looking for a more traditional home has come to mind.
