New Features on iOS 6 to be More Convenient for Realtor's

Apple released the highly anticipated new iPhone 5 last week, with the latest version of the company's mobile software, iOS 6 to its customers.

This new release, which has pushed Apple to the top of the map among its competitors, is compatible with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Released on Friday, the new software seems to be very useful to its customers and very convenient for realtors.

According to Inman News, there are five new features real estate pros can use to improve and promote their business.

These new features include the Maps application, which is developed by Apple from the ground up, replacing Google Maps, which was featured on the phone prior. According to Inman News, the app features Flyover, which allows users to view cities from a sky view and gives updates on traffic reports.

Another new feature is the Facebook app, which now makes it easier than ever to interact with the world. Realtors can instantly share their photos and location on Facebook from Camera or Photos, without ever leaving the app. Contacts and Calendars are also merged together with Facebook, allowing realtors to keep in touch with their family, friends and clients.

Shared Photo Stream is also another new feature that makes iOS 6 convenient and fun for realtors. Agents now get the opportunity to share property and other real estate-related photos to clients and colleagues as it now supports non-iOS users. If you are not using an apple device, photos are now made available online. The shared photos can also be viewed on AppleTV.

Apple has renovated Safari with the new iOS. The new features on Safari include an offline reading list, a full-screen view in landscape mode, which makes it easier for realtors to access landscape and housing to their clients.

The upgraded phone features makes it easier for realtors and other professionals to communicate with others, even when in an important meeting. Apple has added custom and preset messages, reply text messages, and even reminders. Apple has finally added a do-not-disturb option, which the busy real estate pros will truly appreciate.
