Hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is looking for a buyer for his longtime Park Imperial condo in New York City.
The artist has listed his three-bedroom, 2,300-square-foot condominium unit for $8.5 million with Rick Kelly, a Prudential Douglas Elliman Broker, according to the New York Post.
The Post reported that the 66th floor apartment is currently structured as a massive one-bedroom unit, with a piano room, a wet bar, specially designed closets with humidors and an impressive sound system.
Combs bought the 230 West 56th Street unit for $3.82 million in 2005. This being his first time putting a condo up on the market, he reportedly shopped in June, for a Tribeca penthouse, which price was cut by $3.1 million earlier this month.
According to the Post, the Tribeca penthouse, which is on the market for nearly $20 million, has drawn the eye of other artists who are looking for a new place to call home.
According to The Real Deal, the 6,800-square-foot Tribeca penthouse has six bedrooms and comes with an additional 3,000-square-feet of outdoor space and two garages. The unit was listed on the market in late March by a pair of power brokers from rival firms, Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman and Carri Chiang and Janet Wang of Corcoran Group.
The apartment is currently owned by Ursula Fairbairn, president of Fairbairn Group. The group is a human resources and executive management consulting company, The Real Deal reported.
The Bad Boy Entertainment executive also owns a 12,000-square-foot Alpine, N.J. mansion and a 20,000-square-foot home on Star Island in Miami.
