Renowned hotel and casino magnate Steve Wynn had just purchased a home in posh Beverly Hills. According to a report from tmz.com, the billionaire hotelier had paid $50 million in cash for a mansion in the Beverly Hills area.

The home is a gigantic 8 room, 13 bath home whose former owner is Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano. From the pictures found on the news report, there is a pool with an attached bath house and spa. The main house is three stories high with a sprawling front lawn and gated roadway towards the garage area. There is also a tennis court as well as other rooms in the home. The interiors are uber modern and is a testament to the vision and taste of the man.

According to a report from variety.com, the lot area is measured at 2.69 acres and rumors have it that the Wynns, with second wife Andrea Hissom had taken the mansion lock stock and barrel. No renovations or upgrades are to be done as the mansion is already upgraded to the liking of the couple.

Steve Wynn is a self-made billionaire who established Wynn Resorts, first in Las Vegas and then built hotels and casinos throughout the world. He was instrumental in making the Vegas strip from a mobster haunt to the family resort destination it is today. Now, he has built an empire from Vegas to Macau. While there is some legal scandal regarding his dealings with Japanese pachinko king Kazuo Okada, he has remained one of the casino magnates that made billions from his resorts and other interests.
