TNT "The Last Ship" is creating a buzz as its back for a new season. As "The Last Ship" Season 2 storyline is more chaotic than the first, fans are to expect more explosions. As per Christian Post, Tom and his crew will be going through turmoil as they would experience a devastating event.
Sean Ramsey will be plotting his grand schemes to discredit the Navy from the eyes of the public. He then continued with his plan by announcing a devastating disaster regarding the soldier's turmoil.
The situation will then prompt the captain to surround the enemy's network, destroying the threat from within. Amidst the havoc, Chandler and his squad took the opportunity to regain the trust and faith of the people they serve. They were able to accomplish their goal by finding proof that will justify the navy from the accusations being thrown towards them.
During season 2, the USS Nathan James will finally be able to find the source of Immune's signal; it is when he stated that he was able to retrieve a "mysterious platform in the middle of the ocean". Upon finding the Immune's signal, Chandler and his crew immediately journeyed to the designated mark. During their arrival, they were then greeted by the adversaries tasked to eliminate the navy once and for all. It was made clear that the enemies were Ramsey's allies who agreed with the plan to infect the entire human race with the virus.

"After retrieving the mastermind behind the Immune communications network, Nathan James finds itself trapped between the sub and civilian blockades set up by the Immune. Chandler sends Dr. Scott and the cure off the ship under the protection of XO Slattery as the James heads towards its inevitable final showdown with the sub."
