The 21-year-old singer is currently working hard for his new album, and it looks like he's giving his fans a sneak peek on what to expect. Flaunting his amazing voice though a sweet note, in which he posted on his Instagram video which was recorded by someone. Though the video wasn't captioned, it did give his fans details on what to expect for his new album. [Hollywoodlife]

Though it's still uncertain on whether this video clip is part on his new album, or he's just fooling around, it still captured his fans attention.
2015 is a big year for Bieber as he'll be releasing his first new single "What do you mean?" on August 28. As per Mirror, numerous celebrity buddies helped him out in promoting his new album, including Ariana Grande, Kylie Jenner, G-Dragon, and Alanis Morissette. Morissette's post was one of the favorites as she jumps down a trampoline in her backyard while singing a part of the song. Alanis then falls backward into the pool; she later on emerged holding a promotional sign for the song.
Bieber have been having his fair share on celebrity scandals and rumors but it didn't stop him from doing his thing. He's come a long way after being discovered by his current manager [Scooter Braun] from Youtube. He then became an instant hit after releasing his first album, "My World" on November 2009 which was then followed by his first single "Baby".
Now that Bieber's been busy with working on his new album, concert tours will be rampant as well. His new album is said to be released on November 13 of this year. Fun promotions are up on Bieber's Instagram post encouraging fans to figure out the lyrics of his new song but solving a riddle.
