The producer and creator of 'Sex and the City,' Darren Star is listing his condominium at 1 Central Park West, for $15 million.
Star is also asking for additional fees if the buyer chooses to buy the apartments custom furniture, The Real Deal reported.
Features of the unit include a 40-foot entertainment space with walls facing Central Park and the Hudson River.
The apartment was designed by Los Angeles designer Waldo Fernandez, who did a complete renovation on the place when Star bought it in 2005.
The $15 million unit has three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and is finished off with a Calacatta and Grigio marble, custom lacquer doors, Masassar ebony with bronze detailing, and Venetian plaster, The Real Deal reported.
According to The Real Deal, the condo, is listed by John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens and is in the Trump International Hotel and Tower.
The hotel is an early pioneer of the hotel-condo combination and features top of the line amenities, including a 24/7 Jean-Georges Vongerichten-design room service menu.
Star is the latest person associated with 'Sex and the City' to make realty news. Prior to Star was Cynthia Nixon, who reportedly sold her Upper West Side co-op earlier this month and Sarah Jessica Parker, who listed her Village townhouse two weeks ago, The Real Deal confirmed.
