‘One Direction’ Band Goes Different Directions; Members Go Solo While Taking Long Break

Talks are coming out that members of "One Direction" band will now go on different direction after their promoting their 5th album. The group will take a long break this March while each one goes on solo projects.

People Magazine says that fans are alarmed as the news about their favorite band concerning their hiatus come March 2016 has been revolving around the web. Fans fear that this planned long vacation of the "One Direction" band means the end of their group.

If remembered, Zayn Malik left the group in March 2015. Perhaps fans have related this break to another major decision, which is 1D being disbanded and each members will go solo. The group has now Niall Horan,Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson as members.

The reports says that the members have agreed to take a long break in March. All four agreed to have a year break after they would promote their new album in February. Thus, fans are suspecting that that would be the end of "One Direction" band.

The fifth album of 1D is said to be out late this year. They would be promoting the album until February 2016, then they will take a break. This means no tour, no concert, no new music for the group.

The split-up news doesn't only come out in People, but also in other online magazine. Daily Mail UK also has similar report but it says that the said split-up is only temporary.

The extended break is confirmed yet only temporary. According to Dan Wootton of The Sun newspaper, the boys- Niall Horan,Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson, have been together for five years. And, each one deserves a break and focus on their individual projects. The group has made the announcement last weekend during "Crunch talks" in London. According to them, their final show this year is on October 31 at Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield, UK.

Telegraph UK adds new info that by the end of 2017, the members will comeback as a group and continue to make music for their fans. "Although the band may be going a different direction for the short-term future, we make them odds-on to return as a group by the end of 2017," Coral's John Hill, the bookmaker, said.

In addition, not all four of them will focus in doing solo album because Louis is being considered as a judge in X-Factor UK in 2016 while Liam might focus on his songwriting, producing and DJ skills. So there are a lot of options for the boys as far as solo projects are concerned.
