Pop star Justin Bieber gave his fans a little more than they paid for when he vomited twice on stage during his "Believe" tour in Glendale, Ariz., this weekend.
The video of the incident quickly spread on Twitter and YouTube after the concert at the Jobing.com Arena, the first stop of his tour.
USA Today reported that Bieber, 18, made a comeback to the stage and the show went on without any further interruptions. The pop star even did an encore for his fans.
The first vomit came up when the artist was singing one of his hit singles "Out of Town Girl." He immediately turned his back to the crowd, bent over and puked on the stage before quickly running off.
According to USA Today, Bieber returned to the stage after the second incident and told the crowd, "It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people."
USA Today also reported that Bieber later on, during his performance, asked the crowd, "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage? OK, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?"
Bieber tweeted "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show!!! Love u."
He then added another tweet "And...Milk was a bad choice!"
