Electronic Sport's "Madden NFL 16" is scheduled to be released today. The game features a Draft Champions mode, which gives football fans a taste of fantasy football and will allow players to draft a team and go toe-to-toe with others. Some of the features expected to be in EA's football game are the Connected Franchise and Confidence changes that were made exclusively for the "Madden NFL 16," a report from iDigitalTimes said on Monday.
According to the report, those who have EA Access and at the same time Xbox One owners can play the video game the weekend before its official launch date. Unfortunately, non-Xbox One owners and those who don't have EA Access will have to wait a little longer for the game's midnight release.
Players can pre-order the game in various stores which offer different deals for the anticipated football game. Pre-orders will start at midnight.
For instance, Gamestop will reportedly offer $50 worth of Ultimate Team content. With this, players can also get $15 worth of Live Concert Cash to buy music from their favorite artists.
Gamestop also has an Xbox One bundle with the physical disc. Players will be able to purchase the game as soon as midnight Eastern time arrives, as the company claims that all Gamestop stores are open starting at 12:01 AM. A complete list of Gamespot stores can be viewed via the company's website.
Meanwhile, "Best Buy is giving your Ultimate Team a head start with 10 Pro Packs and the Playmaker Pack. Plus, My Best Buy members receive $10 in reward certificates and Gamers Club Unlocked members get 20 percent off the game, iDigitalTimes reports.
Gotta Mobile also said that players can obtain either a disc or digital copy of the video game once it is officially launched today. It was said that Best Buy's game deal for regular users drops the total price of "Madden 16" to $19.99 if a player trades in "Madden 15" on Xbox One or PS4, or $24.99 if a payer trades in an Xbox 360 or PS3 version.
