Marking the 5th anniversary of Suzanne Collins' "Hunger Games" series is the release of the book's final chapter, "Mockingjay", which has been adapted into two remarkable films. And as the series is moving towards its epic conclusion, the marketing team of Lionsgate has recently revealed to the public the film's promotional banner as reported in Wired.com. This is to keep the excitement of Katniss Everdeen's fans for the upcoming release of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2".
Featured in the film's promotional banner is the story's heroine Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) who robustly stands on top of a wrecked, colossal statue of President Snow. Katniss' standing on Snow's fallen statue has been considered by many as the coolest thing about the banner according to Empireonline.com. Also featured in the banner is Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), Gael Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), Cressida (Natalie Dormer) and other unforgettable characters of Hunger Games.
With their lives on the line and sacrifices to be made, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" follows our heroine (Katniss Everdeen) and her comrades' final push against the Capitol and its ruthless leader, President Coriolanus Snow (portrayed by Donald Sutherland). The movie's finale boosts the action quotient as the major beats are to be found lurking toward the book's end.
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" is written by Peter Craig & Danny Strong and directed by Francis Lawrence.
