"Divergent" star Shailene Woodley is reportedly dating "Juno" actress Ellen Page. According to OK! Magazine, the two young women have been friends for a long time and are very close with one another. However, their platonic relationship reportedly recently turned into a romantic one.
A source told the publication, "Ellen really leaned on Shailene through the coming out process."
In the past, Woodley has been very vocal about her open-mindedness when it comes to other people's preferences and sexuality, including her own. The actress previously revealed that she doesn't fall in love based on a person's gender or sex.
Meanwhile, Page recently came out as gay, and the entertainment industry applauded her for her courage. Since then, she was linked to Alexandra Skarsgard, but there are rumors that the two have already broken up. This has led fans to further speculate that Page and Woodley are indeed an item.
However, according to Gossip Cop, Woodley and Page are not dating each other. In fact, they revealed that the other publication went on to publicize a false story about both women even though Woodley's rep already said that there's nothing going on between her client and Page.
"There is no longtime friendship and certainly no relationship," the rep previously told OK! Magazine.
Meanwhile, the filming of "Allegiant - Part 1" recently concluded, so Woodley and her co-stars are currently on break. There are rumors that Woodley and Theo James will be spending time together, but this could only push through if their respective partners would allow it.
Woodley is currently dating Nahko Bear, while James is still in a relationship with his long-time girlfriend, Ruth Kearney. Despite rumors that Woodley and James are an item, the co-stars have said that they are nothing more than friends.
"Allegiant - Part 1" will hit theaters in the United States on Mar. 18, 2016.
