Just recently, the listed property was sold for $3.7 million. Included in the sale is the 5,040 square foot home are large spaces for entertainment, a chef's kitchen as well as a large room that can double as a movie house. The main feature of the house is its large Lake Washington views from the bay windows overlooking the area.
The home has both good and bad memories for the pitcher and his family. One such traumatic memory was the fire that nearly engulfed the home save for the efforts of emergency services personnel.
