After 11 years of being a couple, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" actress Megan Fox and "Beverly Hills" actor Brian Austin Green are finally calling it quits. As per US Magazine's report, the couple filed divorce in which Fox cited irreconcilable differences. Both parents then seek joint physical and legal custody from both their sons Noah,2 and Bodhi, 18 months.
TMZ then reported that there's a huge possibility that Brian Austin Green will be getting spousal support from Fox, due to the vertigo that was bought to him by the accident that the couple went through.
It was reported that Brian hasn't been working as much as Fox after the head on collision. Both Megan and Brian were driving when a drunk driver hit them. As per reports, it was said that the drunk driver was going around 50 MPH and the crash was so severe that the airbags deployed.
Though both Megan and Brian were not injured during the accident, it did however trigger a medical condition. Brain claims that he's been suffering from vertigo, which affects his balance. A source stated that Brian's vertigo was so severe that he couldn't get out of bed and he wasn't able to work since the accident.
During his interview with US Weekly, Green dished out some details regarding what happened during the accident claiming that it was life changing for them as a couple. In this statement he said:
"It could have ended horribly. We were talking about it today, on the way to run errands. I was saying, 'We're really lucky, He was going 50 miles an hour, and we were going 25 down the street, and we hit head-on. The inertia of that is life changing. That's life changing for us."
Sources then added that Fox is more likely to pay Green spousal support to due to the disparity in their respective incomes.
