Hilary Duff's older sister, Haylie is putting her home at Toluca Lake on the market for $1.8 million.
This is just months after Hilary sold her 5,260-square-foot home at the same location for $6.25 million.
According to TMZ, Haylie picked up the house four years ago for $1.75 million around the time when she was filming a couple of made-for-TV movies.
The 4,064 square-foot-pad has 5-bedrooms, 6-bathroomms with bombastic New England style decoration.
It also features hardwood floors, a marble kitchen, cathedral ceiling, pool and a spa.
TMZ reported that after several years in a fabulous and lavish real estate market, the two sisters listed the home this week for $50,000 more than she paid for it.
Haylie's reason for putting this house on the market is unclear.
The house is located inside a gated community.
