Whitney Houston's, daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown is reportedly engaged to her adopted brother and boyfriend, Nick Gordon.
According to E! Online, Houston's daughter, 19, told her family members in scenes from her new reality show "Houston's: On Our Own."
Family members disapproved when Brown confronted them about her engagement on the upcoming series.
"Engagement- this is unacceptable," Brown's aunt Pat Houston said in the clip of the series, according to the Daily News.
This announcement has caused some speculations on whether the engagement is for drama and ratings or if it's true.
Rumors about the late iconic singer's daughter dating her adopted brother started circulating months ago, after the singer's tragic death. She was then spotted rocking a promise ring while kissing 22-year-old Gordon.
There have been denials about there being a possible engagement but with Brown announcing that she was engaged in the upcoming TV series, is sure to raise some concerns.
The late Houston adopted Gordon when he was just 12-years-old and raised him and Brown as brother and sister, according to ABC.
Whether the engagement announcement is true or false, there is definitely a ring to prove it the world.
With Houston's death so heartbreaking to the nation, let's hope Browns announcement doesn't do the same.
The show about the unconventional romance between the two will be shown on Lifetime, Wednesday, Oct. 24.
