NBA star Carmelo Anthony and his wife La La are out looking for a new place to call home in Manhattan.
According to Zillow, the couple is house hunting for Manhattan apartments to rent out since their three-year $67 million contract is on their current home is almost up. Now, their pad at The Hit Factory has hit the market for $5.75 million.
The ballplayer rented the 3,800-square foot penthouse at 421-429 W 54th St, New York, NY after his career changed. The Knicks star was traded from the Denver Nuggets last February to the New York Knicks.
The New York Post reported that the ball player's wife was spotted in the Upper East Side looking for their next home in the city, which will include a room for their young son.
The house at The Hit Factory is a 25-unit condo in Columbus circle with 4-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms. The location of the home is known for having the most famous recording studios in the world, where popular artists like the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen. John Lennon, Mariah Carey, recorded some of their greatest hits.
According to Zillow, Anthony and his wife, who are also stats on VH1's hit show "La La's Full Court Life," are not in a rush to find a new home that is very price. His contract for the Knicks is scheduled to end through the end of the 2014-2015 season.
