Kris Humphries seems to be picking himself up after the messy lawsuit he went through with his soon to be ex-wife, Kim Kardashain.
According to TMZ, Humphries is starting off fresh with a new $8,000-a-month apartment in Manhattan. In addition to that, the ball player is newly signed to the Brooklyn Nets.
His brand new condo is certified green, according to Zillow, and has luxurious features that any woman would appreciate. It has a private gym and a rooftop deck with swimming pool.
It also has city and river views.
The apartment also features three bedroom, two bathrooms with hardwood floors. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan.
Humphries is reportedly still not divorced from Kim Kardashain, who recently started dating hip-hop mogul Kanye West.
TMZ reported that the divorce is said to be finalized by the end of this year.
Humphries seems to be ready to move on with his new rental in Battery Park in the Liberty Luxe building and his two-year contract with the Nets.
The new contract is worth $24 million, TMZ reported.
