Hulk Hogan has announced that he will be suing his best friend and the website that embarrassed him, for more than $100 million for leaking his sex tape.
At a news conference in Tampa on Monday, the wrestler's attorney announced that two lawsuits are being filed by the wrestler. One is against his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife for illicitly recording Hogan without permission and another against Gawker for publishing the tape.
According to TMZ, Hogan's attorney claimed the wrestler is asking for $100 million for damages from Gawker.
TMZ reported that it is unclear what he's suing Bubba and his ex-wife Heather Clem for.
The wrestler's attorney said Bubba and his ex-wife's actions were "illegal, outrageous, and exceeded the bounds of human decency," TMZ reported.
Although it might be too late for Hogan to erase what many people have seen on the internet, he has requested for Bubba, Gawker and anyone else who has possession of the sex tape to turn it in as soon as possible in order for it to be destroyed forever.
Hogan has hired a second Lawyer, David R. Houston, who will continue to go after anyone who publishes the sex tape.
