Lady Gaga has been making the headlines in regards to her soon appearance on "American Horror Story: Hotel" which would premier on October 7 of this year. The singer-actress is now back in making the headlines as she plans to sue "The Licktator," a UK branched ice cream company that's famous for their breast milk ice cream.

As per Billboard, Gaga's team fringe on the trademark of her stage name [Lady Gaga] and does not want the singer to be affiliated with breast milk ice cream. Their new ice cream brand is called "Royal Baby Gaga".

The Licktors launched the flavor last May in favour of the royal baby's birth. The ice cream is placed in a tub with a logo of a brunette breast-feeding mother.

Mirror then gave out additional details regarding the lawsuit. The team wanted all offending words to be removed from any social media websites and ceased to be used within 14 days.

The company's representative, Nadine O' Connor then made a statement regarding the lawsuit issue stating that they won't stop the ice cream's reproduction. She then told The Mirror UK: "neither names nor features Lady Gaga, nor are her trademarks infringed."

She then added,

"We will not be bullied into removing content from social media relating to our product and subsequent media coverage. However, we will send complimentary tubs of our ice cream to Lady Gaga for chilling out to, as a gesture of peace and goodwill." As per reports, this isn't Lady Gaga's first lawsuit against the company. She and her team already had some issues with "The Licktators." They sued the ice cream company over their first brand of the famous breast milk ice cream in which they named "Baby Gaga".
