Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen have been hit with divorce rumors for quite some time. The couple appeared sweet on their social media posts and it seems they have been trying to leave an impression that they're a picture of a happy family, but things are reportedly different behind closed doors.
It has been said that the football-tampering scandal dubbed as Deflategate, has caused trouble for the New England Patriot's quarterback and the world's highest-paid supermodel's marriage.
"There have been a lot of stresses in their marriage in the last year, especially during football season," a source close to Brady told People. The insider added that he can be "nasty and cold" to his wife when engrossed in his own problems. "Tom is singularly focused on his career and sometimes Gisele feels left out. There have been arguments."
Adding fuel to the divorce rumors of the popular couple is the small amount of time they spent together. Tom, 38, has been focused on his football career especially during the season. They have reportedly been battling endless arguments. Bundchen, 35 was not in the court hearing and she was also not seen at the Patriot's pre-season game against the Green Bay Packers on August 14.
Likewise, the 35-year-old supermodel was seen in Paris alone after a plastic surgery clinic visit. Her husband was not seen with her during the trip, according to Bossip. Rumors have it that they didn't celebrate their summer birthdays together unlike the previous years.
Last week Brady and Bundchen hit the headlines and were reported to be heading for divorce and that the model is returning to her hometown in Brazil with her children. It was reportedly a good time for her to weigh things without her husband, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry. At the height of the rumors, however, the couple who has been together for six years are continuously posing a united upfront in the social media. Tom and Gisele have remained tight-lipped on the issue.
